How to Order?

Internet : You can order from our Website 24/7 using our secure pages with your credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Telephone : You can order by Phone. Call (978) 563 1215. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (EST).

Fax : You can fax your orders to fax number (978) 563 1210. Make sure to use our order form (link at the bottom of page) that you can print out from our Website. Fill in your credit card information and include all the relevant details that might help us serve you best.

If you are mailing your order, please include your filled out our order form (link at the bottom of page) with your check, money order or your credit card information. Orders by check are shipped when the check clears our bank. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service charge. Please make checks payable to : The Basket Gift

Multiple Orders:

Via Email : If you have multiple orders (over 5 orders), the easiest way to go about it is to send us an email on orders@thebasketgift.com with the names of the required baskets, the recipients and any other special instructions and provide us with your name, billing information and phone number so we can contact you for your credit card information.

Fax: you can fax us your multiple orders using our order form and use additional pages for your multiple orders. Please make sure to accurately fill out your order form.

Mail : you can mail us your multiple orders using our order form . Please note that mailing your orders follow the same regulations in how to order sections above.

Shipping

Single basket orders are usually shipped out the next business day. All orders are shipped ground unless otherwise requested. UPS is our preferred shipper. However, in some cases we might use other shippers. We ship using UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 3 Day Select or 2nd day air deliveries are also available. Please contact us for a price quote if you desire other options. Hand deliveries available in Massachusetts only so contact us for cities covered and costs.

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday (please make exceptions for holidays).

Cancellation:

You can cancel or change your order before it ships and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped, we will attempt to stop the shipment. If the shipment cannot be stopped we will not refund you the purchase price. If we are able to cancel the shipment and have it returned to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping and a $10.00 handling fee.

Return/Exchange:

If you are unsatisfied with your gift please email us. Include your Order number, Name, Phone number and an explanation of the problem. Our customer service will contact you within 1-2 business days.

All shipments will be sent to the address that you provide. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we will attempt to recover the shipment and forward to you. You will be charged any additional fees that are required. If we are unable to recover the shipment and you want to have the order filled, you will be required to purchase another basket and pay all related shipping and handling charges. If the shipment was sent to the wrong address because of our error, we will be responsible for sending the gift that you ordered to the correct address at no additional charge to you.

Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order arrives damaged.
For late arrival of your order due to the Shipping company delay, you will be credited for the shipping charges.
Food items, perishables, and bath & body products cannot be returned.

The Basket Gift can customize your orders and we will do our best to offer you the gift basket that you need.

Substitutions:

Due to the availability and seasonality of products, The Basket Gift reserves the right to make substitutions with equal or greater value.

MA orders add 5% sales tax.
